●ミッション

ダイバーシティとは多様性です！！！

様々な人が集まり交流し、互いの違いを認め合うことで、新たな文化やビジネスが生まれ、幸せに生きる人を増やします。

子供のころ周りと一緒のことがなかなかできず、いつも怒られたり、いじめられていた経験があります。

なので、学校というところが大嫌いでした。

しかし、外資系企業で働いていた時に、さまざまな人種が集まり、障害のある人もＬＧＢＴの人も幸せに仕事や生活をしていたことにとても感銘を受けました。

ダイバーシティは、苦手なことよりも、得意なことに重点を置く考え方なので、個々の個性を活かし幸せな生き方が出来ると考えています。

● Mission
Various people gather and interact, and by recognizing each other's differences, new cultures and businesses are created, and people who live happily are increased.
When I was a child, I couldn't get along well with me, and I always had the experience of being angry or being bullied.
So I hate school.
However, when I was working in a foreign company, I was impressed by the fact that people of different races gathered and people with disabilities and LGBT people were happy to work and live.
Because diversity is an idea that focuses on being good rather than being weak, I believe that we can make a happy way of living by making the most of each individuality.

●ビジョン

ありとあらゆる人が一緒に存在する場所として成長したいのです。

例えば、私と友人は異なる人間として違います。しかし、一定の以上異なる人間となると遠い存在としてみる雰囲気がありませんか？

障害を持っている方、ＬＧＢＴの方、人種などなど様々な区分をしてしまいがちですが、みんな同じ人間です。

もっとオープンに、分け隔てなく一緒に存在する場所としていきたいです。

● Vision
I want to grow as a place where all kinds of people exist together.
For example, I and my friends are different people. However, do you have the atmosphere to regard as a distant existence when you become a certain or different human being?
People with disabilities, LGBT people, people and people tend to be divided into various categories, but they are all the same people.
I would like to try to be a place more open and present together without sharing.
